Costco has been going down hill for a while now. This place has taken things to the extreme. The merchanise is getting lousy when it comes to quality. If you have a question or need assistance with somthing...good luck with that. It would be nice if they could get you out of checkout in under 20 minutes. Hiring more and better people would definately improve things. Shopping at Costco has become a major chore and it will wear on most people rather quickly.
Pros: some loss leaders are available
Cons: Inconvenient customer service and poor quality products
