I am very, VERY upset with the floral arrangement and the service that Windsor Florists provided. I have a lot of experience with florists and have never been treated this way! This was the first time that I have tried to use Windsor Florist. I placed an order a day in advance for the web advertised, ?Brighten your day? arrangement. The person on the phone did not even know that they had a web site! The florist struggled to understand what I wanted. The cost of the order was to be 50 dollars, so I expected a very nice arrangement for my wife.
