After spending top retail price for multiple parts, including a wheel, I was assured that the shop would install the parts for no extra charge. After the sales guy filled out my order form and gave me the estimated repair price, he added over $100 in extra costs. After questioning him, he assured me that the extras would only be added in a worst case scenario. When I picked up my bike sure enough they attempted to charge me for all of the items including $50 for bleeding my hydraulic disc brakes...
