I hope the other review stays up on this site and I should have read it before I went here, because the EXACT same thing happened to me. I was told at 4 different occasions that my furntiure was ""on the truck, on the way to my house"" and it NEVER showed up. The next day they called to say that they had mysteriously lost it. I have never, ever experienced such rudeness during the phone calls either. At one point someone was answering the phone with a string of swear words.
Pros: I am not sure I can come up with one
Cons: The entire experience was terrible
