It was valentines day, we went for dinner, I ordered a bbq chopped beef sandwich, my second bite had a 4 inch black hair in it!!!!!!!!!!!! We told the waitress and at the time we saw nobody in the facillity that looked like a manager. All we saw were kids working. The waitress told the cook and they laughed and argued over whose hair it was! They still chose to charge me for the sandwich/hair. My fiance went to pay and mentioned we shouldnt pay for something I didnt eat, so she took 4 dollars off for the sandwich while another waitress said, ""I'll go to the back and distract him so you can take it off their bill"". Hmm...not sure who ""him"" was but my fiance and I didnt want to ruin the rest of the evening by making a scene. It all just seemed funny to the employees. It wasnt worth arguing about, we just wont go back, and of course we'll share our reviews with people.
