When I started at Studio Lotus I wasn't exercising and felt terrible. The next day I could feel my body moving better and I have been back every week since. Sometimes I go twice a week, sometimes three times a week, and I've been known to soothe a bad mood with an extra day there. They challenge me from my current abilities and keep me excited about getting stronger. Their instructors are dedicated, knowledgable and fun!
