Not just for women! Their studios are nice; the administrative staff professional and helpful; and the instructors are the very best!!! I have worked out with several different instructors (Jojo, Nancy, Wendy, Maika, Anne, Adriene, and Gigi to name a few), and they have all been fantastic. As someone famous said, they all sing the same song (Pilates), yet have the ability to make it their own just for you. I never really enjoyed working out in a gym with weights or machines; now, I enjoy every Pilates workout session, and when I finish, I feel invigorated, and energized - sort of like those Mountain Dew dudes!
