I started taking pilates at Studio Lotus in March of 2007. My goals were to increase flexibility and stregth and lose some inches on my tummy. After consulting with Davidson (the owner), I decided to take a combination of pilates and kettlebell sessions. I've achieved GREAT results and I love the instructors. They are very patient and work with you to get a move correct (which was a must in the beginning!) and they're very personable, which makes it easier to get up in the morning for a session. I must admit that I'm somewhat addicted to pilates now and I've gotten my boyfriend hooked on kettlebells (the best aerobic workout ever!!!!!). I can't imagine taking pilates anywhere else.
Pros: Lotus Bank!!, location, schedule
Cons: kettlebells aren't offered on the weekends :(
