The sassy baristas are more concerned with their own gossip than with your coffee order and sometimes even ignore you when you reach the counter. They are rude and don't even thank you when you give them a tip! They are extremely incompetent and cannot even prepare their overprice food items to satisfaction. Their coffee is overpriced and due to the obvious lack of training by their staff, espresso is often burnt.
