I have been to Chester's 3 times so far and every time is has been great! The steaks are delish and the sides are yummy too. The only 2 things I didn't like - my bleu cheese steak was cooked medium well once when I ordered it medium rare. The second thing, I am not a fan of the hummus - kind of ""eh"" tasting, the texture is too chunky and its way too filling to eat before a big meal (just skip it). I would prefer olive oil or butter with my bread instead. The steaks are to die for, something you'd find in a bigger city with a small town feel and price. I will definitely go back for seconds!! I recommend the filet, the petite bleu cheese filet, the spinach and sweet potato sides, the corn and mushroom side, clam chowder, etc, etc.
Pros: Great food, great feel, nice price
Cons: 1 time my steak was overcooked, but they were nice about it!!!
