Shockingly poor customer service. I am new to the area and had received a handful of recommendations for this salon. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment, no problem b/c it was rumored to be one of the better salons in the area, and ended up having my appointment cancelled two times in two days! Each cancellation came on the day of the appointment, with the second cancellation coming a mere 15 minutes prior to my appointment (after I'd left my house for it and as I was pulling into their parking lot). When I pointed out to them that they had cancelled on me two times in two days and that I had arranged an entire weekend around their inability to keep an appointment, I was met with a very weak ""Sorry"" and an even weaker offer to reschedule (yeah, right!). I would sooner cut my own hair than sit down in a chair in this salon. I will also look for a different area salon--one with a higher value on customer service.
