Terrible Customer Service -- Look Elsewhere 2/13/2008

I called these folks today to see about having an inspection performed on my Stihl Chainsaw. Their prices for this service were more than twice as much as other local competitors; PLUS, they wanted me to leave the saw with them for two days for an inspection that should take all of 15 minutes. Completely unwilling to work with me, or take into consideration a special circumstance of my situation - the gentleman I talked with was unhelpful, unprofessional and also rather unintelligent. I suggest you look elsewhere for service or sales of your Stihl equipment - even if you have to go all the way down to Seattle to do it. There are other Stihl dealerships in Arlington and Granite falls too. Pros: In Everett Area Cons: Lazy service, unintelligent employees, unhelpful and unknowledgeable about their products. more
