Maybe the people at Waters are nice to the property owners, but trust me they are rude and totally unresponsive to their renters. Don't let them trick you. Once they have your deposit and your signature on a lease from then you will be treated like dirt because you are a tenant and not an owner. Save yourself a lot of grief and just go somewhere (anywhere) else.
Cons: Really, too numerous to list. They are just terrible.
