I always like Oakley glasses because of the quality and style. Almost 3 weeks ago ( a Saturday), I went to El Sobrante Optometry for an Oakley prescription glasses based on Oakley website's list of retailers around my area. My original co-pay according to them is $176.00 (my insurance paid for the rest), I handed them the money ($176) in cash. They did not even bother to give me a receipt and they told me my glasses will be ready in a week. I received a phone call 2 days after (a Monday) that they miscalculated my balance and that I owe them $40 more. I said no problem. I just want my prescription glasses but I didn't get it until 2 1/2 weeks after. When I got it, it is in a carton box instead of metal box like in Oakley website for this model. I felt I got scammed. Still no receipt. They said that they have no ink for their printer and that they will just mail me my receipt. If that is not a bad customer service, I don't what is. I bought and paid for the glasses, got delivered after 2 1/2 weeks instead of 1 week as promised, no receipt at all and the worst is it was given to me in a different box instead of what is on Oakley website. Pros: they carry oakley Cons: they carry oakley, if they don't i won't be there and won't get mad more
