I went to Wine Bistro for their Mardi Gras night on Feb 5th. It was fabulous!!! I am shocked there was not a line waiting out the door. There was a special menu just for that night featuring a wonderful variety. I was so pleased with my meal. And we tried 3 of 4 desserts on the menu. Superb! The chef Peter Roelant is very talented and made sure that we loved out meal and we all did!!! I will definately be going back!
