This place has horrible customer service. The installers were late and very nice and apologetic (arrived 3:30pm). My backsplash broke during installation. We agreed to not apoxy and have a new one cut. A ""bar"" and second backsplash could not be installed until this one was. I offered to pay one half of what I owed (which added up to be $2625 total and I would have owed them $825 when the rest of the granite was installed). They said my option was to 1-pay everything except $200 or 2-have them install it tonight or 3-they would take everything back (the countertops were already glued and sealed!) I told them finish the job tonight. It is 9:30pm and they said the backsplash should be here in another 40-60 minutes and then the installation would take another hour. Do the math...we are looking at the earliest being done at 11:00pm. Lastly the installers asked to leave 15 minutes ago and were told if they leave, they will not get paid for today. Save yourself a headache and do NOT give these people your money!!!!!
