I have been a client at Tranquility for over 2 years & I do not understand what has happened to the place. I use to get my hair cut by a lady who realized that Tranquility is headed down a dead end so she switched salons. Although she doesn't work there anymore I continue to visit Tranquility for Facials & Massages. I have had a good experience with receiving facials now that the head esthetician has left the establishment but as far as the massages go they are down right terrible! Furthermore the young ladies that answer the phone completely lack customer service. Last time I called to make an appointment the girl repeated everything back to me more than two times in slow motion like it was a word problem or something & instead of putting me on hold to ask a question she just began talking to a gentleman in the background. Appointments never start on time anymore. As soon as I find a better esthetician in Winston I will no longer be a customer at Tranquility. It really is sad because I use to enjoy going, now I hate walking into that clutter of a lobby. I?m not trying to come across as rude in this review I just believe that people should get their moneys worth & this no longer happens at Tranquility.
Pros: Good Location
Cons: Overall staff has knowledge of services but lacks in performance. Terrible customer service. Appointments never start on time!
