From the moment we arrived at the front desk there were problems: I'd made a reservation two weeks in advance for 7 pm having been told that was our only choice because they were all booked up. Imagine my surprise when we were taken up to the second floor and found ourselves the only couple in the room. Part of the SB experience is the crowd and despite my requests to move tables downstairs, they refused. By the way we were a lovely and attractive mother and daughter and unless they're biased in favor of loud and unattractive people, I saw no reason for us to be seated alone for 75% of the evening.
the man at the front desk with the earphone had a huge attitude and I'd have him replaced immediately. As I said to him, you never know who people are so be very careful how you treat them.
The food is all over the place -- a very poor Prime 112 imitation. They're extremely heavy with the salt shaker and nothing really was that good.
The attitude really colored the evening and I would never go back
Pros: easy to walk to in SB
Cons: not good food and too much attitude
