Amada is a fantastic place to eat if you know where to spend your money. Stay away from the flatbreads, but definitely go after the grilled lamb chops, poached octopus, cheese plate, shrimp, and scallops. Unfortunately, they no longer serve the foie gras. The red sangria is also very good. They are very friendly servers but it can be really tough to get in without reservations a week in advance.
Pros: great food
Cons: difficult reservations
