I had dinner here recently with two friends from the East Coast who both keep kosher; plus, one of them is a vegetarian (so am I). Seattle doesn't have very many options when it comes to kosher food, especially meatless kosher, and we are so glad we found Bamboo Garden! We ordered a tofu and vegetables soup to share and a variety of fake chicken dishes (General Tsao's, a noodle dish, and a chicken and vegetables dish). One of my friends asked for her dish to be prepared mild, but when she tasted it, it was much hotter than my food, which I ordered "medium." When she pointed out the problem, the staff promptly replaced her food. Other that, everything was great! We came in about 30 minutes before the restaurant was supposed to close. They didn't rush us and let us talk and enjoy the food, which was tasty and plentiful.
Pros: delicious vegan kosher Chinese, parking
