It was 10pm and I was freezing. Called Sandium - they sent a technician within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and explained the options. I was already considering a new furnace and chose a new Trane high efficient model. They installers came out the next morning and replaced the heater. The way this company operates is really impressive. All the technicians I met were clean cut, knowledgable, friendly. I am very happy with the service received.
