Horrible company to deal with. Worst customer service, great routing equipment (Netgear) but support techs do not know anything about how to configure settings within equipment. The techs may know how to troubleshoot basic issues and turn on and off UpnP but do not know anything beyond that!. Techs are not knowledgeable at all and have no common sense. Local charter office does NOT answer phone at all. Too bad we don't have another option for cable services in the upstate.
