I had been a client of Gail and Matt's for several years and recently changed after experiencing poor customer service in the way of being over charged for all of that time. I brought it to their attention without so much as an apology credit or refund for the overcharges totaling over $800. I am the second person in my family this has happened to with them. When I told them I was comparing rates and planning on changing insurance, they did not so much as bat an eye.
