I had an appointment with my personal trainer today (Sunday, 14 December 2008, scheduled for 4:00 pm). My trainer called me at home and left a message for me to return her call. I misplaced my trainer's cell phone number, so I called the Corpus Christi Athletic Club. After five calls to the club I am still waiting for a return call back from either Kim or Linda. I was transferred to member services. No one would facilitate my request and I was told they would need to contact my personal trainer and have her contact me. I have waited over an hour now and I have not heard back from them. I informed both Kim and Linda that my personal trainer explained to me that she would let everyone working at the club know it was okay for them to provide me with her cell phone number. They refused.\r
