These days, it is rare to have your call answered by a sales person instead of a machine particularly the day after Christmas. I called the Richardson Gamestop and was greeted with a pleasant sales person who checked inventory quickly and held the games I was looking for. She did not put me on hold and she made me feel that my inquiry was the only thing that mattered (I have not experienced this in years!). The level of customer service I received from Jo was an 11 on a scale of 10. I definitely recommend shopping with this Gamestop!
