I went to Tire King in Morrisville because I had a flat tire. Just 2 months before I bought 4 brand new tires from them totaling over $460! I even purchased road hazard on all 4 tires. When I walked in I explain that I had a flat tire and had purchased road hazard so I needed my tire to be replaced. The manager proceeded to tell me that they would patch it up free of charge. I explained that it could not be patched up because the blowout was on the side of the tire, not in the tread. He walked out to my car to look at it and didn't even admit that he had jump to conclusions and that I was right. Then when the total bill was $20, I did not understand! I questioned, what's the point of road hazard if I can't get a new tire free of charge?! The main charge on my bill was for a new road hazard to cover my new tire. I was very anger at this. I spoke with Jimmy as he tired to explain the charges. After all was said & done, Jimmy actually said to me, ""do you want me to put the tire on your car for you? I can do that as a favor."" I was shocked! Tire King is suppose to specialize in tires & it's a ""favor"" to mount it on my car even though that was listed on my bill?! Gimme a break! I will never go to this location again!
