I lived at Burwick Farms for one year and was quite happy with my apartment..but not the manager. They allowed me to paint my apartment and even approved the paint color saying they wouldn't have a problem painting over it. That changed after I move out....they sent me a bill for over $300 to repaint the livingroom. I would not recommend this apartment complex. Not worth the money.
