The older lady behind the counter is very rude. They need more qualifed managers that know what they are doing .It took 1 hour for my oil to be change because every one was laughing. When I asked for a manager it took him 10 mins to respond and he was laughing when he came in the office. He said he didn't know why it was taking so long but he would find out, poor management.
