Love the Diamond. My better half is gluten free (not by choice) and they have the gluten free (black) injera, which is $2 more per piece, but worth it. All of the food at Ethiopian Diamond is delicious...not sure where to start...We are always satisfied with the meat or veggie combos. Not a big fan of the shards of bone that I sometimes find in some dishes, but the reward of the flavor outweighs the risk. Great for vegetarians and omnivores alike.
