I had used the Humane Society of MO Veterinary Medical Center for many years but had a terrible experience with bloodwork results being delayed and ended up losing my cat due to kidney failure that went untreated after 3 visits/exams. Working in the animal field, I had been to many vets with client's dogs and found that Sulpher Springs gave me the best overall service and my dog loved Dr. Irwin (which says alot!). The staff is extremly friendly, the hospital has the ability to do labwork in-house and Dr. Irwin takes all the time in the world to explain things to us lay people. The hospital make not look fancy. but the quality of care is so far above anywhere else I have gone, that I never worry when one of my babies gets sick - I know they are always in good hands!
