At first we loved Studio B. We thought Bren and Summer seemed nice and helpful. We spent $20,000 with them to furnish our home. A lot of the furniture was broken when it came in and we realized that the quality is cheap, the finish in particular. The finish on a $2,000 desk rubbed completely off from a mousepad. When we brought this to their attention and they sent out a re-finisher to come look at it. He told me that a mousepad should not do this, the finish on it was too thin and that Studio B should be responsible to re-finish it. \r When I spoke with Summer and Bren they told me that they determined the finish came off because of a harsh cleaning product. This was completely untrue, we haven't used chemicals on the desk. They were very rude and difficult to deal with and refused to do anything about this.
