I understand some of the favorable reviews on these type of websites are sometimes requested by the establishment to be done. So you need to have a checklist of what you need and want from this salon AND know who you're going to before hand. Know or find a way to hold the hairdresser or salon responsible for what has been done. Ask questions and have them tell you exactly what they're doing. Otherwise your head/hair is theirs (which it isn't!) while you're sitting there. Cutting hair should be a science and done correctly if they know what they're doing! You don't have to pay for their mistakes, just leave. You could be the next one to bite your lip and never return! Like me...
