I am new to town, and I need to find a primary physicians. I decided to give the group a try. The Physician was fine no issues. The issue with the group is their billing practices. I used my insurance, and there were some charges that insurance did not cover. That was not the surprise, the surprise came when out of the sudden, I am in collections. The sending me to collections has left a very sour taste on this practice, as watching one's credit and such things have long term effects. I voiced my concern and opinion and all I got was ok , ok. I little research onto the group shows that the executive committee and the financial committee are all the same people. This is a nice way to turn off potential and current patiants there. I would be buyer beware or be prepared to pay in full at time of visits and you personally deal with the insurance company. I will be seeking a more personal and smaller practice and stay clear of any groups.
