We ate at Rowland's for our anniversary and we were treated very well. We were greeted very warmly once we arrived. The Manor House, in which Rowland's is located, is beautiful and has a lovely view. Our server was very attentive to our needs but was not over-bearing.\r

The food was delicious. I had the best soup ever. It was a pear and cheese soup, which sounds maybe not so good but it was yummy. I had a steak which was cooked to perfection. My husband had salmon which had been flown in from Alaska!\r

The only downfall was the price. It was quite expensive, even for a special event like our anniversary. This is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.
