I know my experience with the service department was not pleasant. I owned a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and the seat was so loose you could shake it and you couldn't even put down the arm rest without it hitting the center console. I took my vehicle in around 6 times over a course of several months and they never did fix the seat. I ended up just living with it because I got tired of leaving it all day for them to work on with the same result - nothing done. \r \r Now I am taking my 2008 Dodge truck in there that has a highway shimmy so I'll see how they do with this issue. However, I am not looking forward to the visit. more
