Are great about getting you in and helping with an emergency! However, there are a few receptionists that answer the phone and when you are trying to explain something or ask a question are so rude and cut you off. Every time it happens (which has been several) it makes me want to switch vets. One time I also called to ask how a service would work, and I got one of these receptionists and she was extremely rude and told me she doesn't know and she's not the doctor. She did not try to find out for me, or help in ANY WAY. If it were one time its understandable, everyone has a bad day, but its been several. \r

So though they help you out in an emergency and are generally very helpful. There are some receptionists (not everybody that works there, some are very nice) that are not fit to hold a job that deals with people. Very frustrating!
