I had a very simple question and live at least 35 min away from this store (this location being the closest) and would hate to drive all the way into town just to be told they don't offer the service I had questions about. I tried to call and was told by a recording "there is no one available to answer your call." I understand that they may be busy at the store but geeze. I was then redirected to the main sprint customer service and was told that they have no way to transfer to stores and further more could not tell me if this particular store took cash payments for bills because some stores do not accept cash. VERY frustrating especially since I am trying to give them MY money. I guess they don't like to get paid?
