I bought from ASM was mainly because they told me the machine came with classes and they did not just leave you to "figure" it out!\r
I have been to my classes and the girls were really nice and there were all sorts of machines in the class. Therefore, it was "just remember to clean the bobbin case after so many hours of use - and you all should have a brush. Well I do...and I don't have a clue what to brush - do I flick it in the bobbin case like the lady said or do I take the area apart like the lady at the Jo-Ann location did on the Viking I watched her show another lady that was complaining about her "classes". I find it hard to believe that everyone LOVES their experience when I happened to be at Jo-Anne's and the only other customer there was complaining also.\r
I would never recommend ASM to anyone. The classes were geared to selling thread
