I've been ordering my dog's food through the mail until I discovered it was available at Northside Ranch. I did manage to find 1 last bag of it, though it was torn. Mainly I was disappointed by the staff's complete lack of help or attention. It wasn't very busy at all, and I was obviously searching the aisles for something. I stood around looking for someone to help me but before I could say anything they zipped by. Three employees breezed by me, one made brief eye contact but kept moving. Though my allergy prone dog's food cost slightly less at Northside, I'll continue to order it online where my business is appreciated and I don't have to put up with bad customer service. I'm probably saving on fuel in the long run anyway. more
