I had my letter jacket altered here. I left my varsity letter, jacket and other items to be sewn on with them. And after a few short days my jacket was done, my mom picked it up for me. I was not happy. The letter was sewn onto the wrong side of the jacket. I didn't complain because she paid and took care of it for me. But, I didn't use them to have it re-sewn.
