After being a patient for about 2 years, I have a number of complaints about Marcia Glenn's practice. first is the staff. at least three times my appointment has been messed up. once i was charged for canceling without notice when i actually had called to reschedule the week before. another time, i was charged $250 for a visit and procedure with the explanation that my deductible had not been met for the year. i accidentally discovered when talking to my insurance company about another issue that i had been charged incorrectly. the proper charge should have been $30. it took me a month to have the money returned and that was only because i finally physically went to the office, asked for a check and waited for about 30 minutes. the front and back office staff is inefficient, to say the least. dr. glenn is nice enough when you finally see her, but not very informative or personal. it feels like she charges for every little thing. my advice is to find a better place.
