I would avoid these doctors at all costs if you have BCBS State Employee insurance. Go to a different emergency room! First they incorrectly filed my claim (great 'courtesy'), accepted my payment in full. When I finally realized they had never filed the claim, so I asked them to please refile (or give me the information so I could do it myself). They said they would refile.\r

Now I received another bill stating my account is past due, and they are showing no receipt of my payment two months ago. I have all the paperwork to have this issue resolved, but what a completely unnecessary hassle.\r

And all of this for a doctor who said hello and sat at a computer for three hours while nurses helped me.
