I hired Sounds Unlimited a year in advance for my wedding and from day one had an awful experience.
Through the several discussions we had with Sound's personnel over the course of wedding planning and after the event, we were horribly dissatisfied with the service we received. Especially when we had spent a lot of money on their services and only received a $50 refund for the poor service after the event.
Sounds Unlimited is NOT worth the money for all the headaches they caused, especially the stress right before and during our wedding day. I would recommend hiring an 8 year old with an iPod before I would recommend Sounds Unlimited.
Pros: The DJ was dressed appropriately and they did offer some money back for our experience, but it was minimal
Cons: poor customer service and extremely difficult to get a hold of after deposit has been paid.
