Not a new building but great management took over in January 2008! They have started fixing everything and remodeling! They really care about their tenants! They pay all the utilities except for the electricity........and that works out great since I had a small budget. Great customer service and response time! I would recommend to grad students and people saving for a new home! Great starter apartments!
Pros: Utilities are included, close to shopping and restaurants, not far from NIU, secured building, great management
