Bad customer service. We changed a reservation PRIOR to our reservation day and PRIOR to dropping off our dog and we were told we would not be charged for our change. Upon pick up they charged us an additonal $65 said ""deposits for scheduled days are non-refundable""(even after spending over $400 in less then a month) They purposly did not change our reservation so they could charge us for our deposit! \r
Had we made our change during our dogs stay that would be acceptable, however in our situation the reservation was changed four days prior to the drop off date and over ten day before the Thanksgiving holiday, so their excuse of ""having to turn other owners away"" is nothing but fraud and a lie! We picked up or dog on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving we were told 40 dogs were arriving that day and they told us they turned people away! Watch out! Owner is very unprofessional and could of cared less to have us as their customer.
