He still offers the same products, and hand-crafted, custom jewelry. His service is now even more exceptional. I contacted him about a new piece for this Christmas for my wife. He called me back right away, and he actually came to my work - on my lunch hour we designed a great piece. I'm really looking forward to seeing my wife's face on Christmas morning. \r
