11/08 changed my oil. Next day my car stalled on I-40 150 miles away. Separate mechanic reported it was 2 quarts overfilled! Seperate mechanic replaced oil to correct level, car ran perfectly. When I called this business to report what happened, ask for refund and correction, manager Ronnie M. accused ME of tampering with the oil level. Call him up and talk with him. HIs communication skills (or lack of) tell it all. Their work is horrible, their service worse, their problem solving skills horrific. DO NOT risk the engine of your car. Do NOT go to this business: go to the one in Huntersville, much better.
Pros: Brand Name only: but they don't live up to the brand promise.
Cons: Quality of work, management, service, attitude, just don't care.
