I used to work with Virgilio at United Airlines. He used to cook calzones in a toaster oven at DIA (really). We miss his cooking and wish him the best as he had the courage to quit after 20 years and do something he loves. The calzones at his restaurant are way better then the old days, but the memories of knowing when he started will never be forgotten. Virgilio we also miss your minestrone' on those cold windy nights. Best of luck and god bless. His restaurant is small but awesome. The menu is huge and the homemade lasagna is the best ever along with the garlic knots and spinach pinwheels.
