I'm looking for other telephone services. Qwest home services are unreliable especially with their DSL services. I had to buy the business services to get reliable home DSL service. When I did that, the home services business irretrievably canceled my email account. Unbelievable! The lack of coordination between the home and business segments is inexcusable. I am now changing jobs and will be canceling my business line. Are there any other options out there? I need one quickly.
