This is the worst merchant service I have ever used. We waited over 6 days and still have not had our funds released. Apparently, we were supposed to fax a copy of our invoice to them to verify the transaction. We have never in 3 years had to send a credit card company a copy of our invoices. Multiple calls and no results have forced me to share this experience. When I have asked for the supervisor, I get the run around and was told that the supervisor was not there. Additionally, the transaction does not match the amount deposited. They take out their fees in the transaction itself which makes it very difficult to reconcile. Even though the transaction was according to them ""not verified"" they still took out their money and billed my client's credit card. However, I have not received the funds because they are not verified. Ridiculous.\r
